  • Nizamov Hotel Operating Rules

    1. General Provisions
    1.1. These terms and conditions of use of the Nizamov Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) regulate the procedure for the stay of guests, the rules for using services and the internal regulations.
    1.2. Entry into and residence at the Hotel constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    2. Registration and Residence
    2.1. The Hotel accepts for temporary residence citizens who have been registered in accordance with the law.
    2.2. To register, the guest must present an identity document (passport or other document).
    2.3. Check-in time: from [14:00], check-out time: until [12:00]. A different time may be agreed upon in advance.
    2.4. Extension of stay is possible subject to availability of rooms and agreement with the administration.
    3. Rights and Obligations of Guests
    3.1. The guest undertakes to comply with the internal regulations of the hotel, maintain order and cleanliness.
    3.2. It is prohibited to:
    Smoking in rooms and public areas;
    Use flammable items;
    Bring strangers into the room without the consent of the administration;
    Create noise and disturbance, disturb the peace of other guests.
    3.3. The guest is obliged to compensate for damage caused to the property of the hotel.
    4. Payment and booking
    4.1. Payment for accommodation and services is made according to the established rates and rules of the hotel.
    4.2. Advance booking is possible through the official website, telephone or other communication channels.
    4.3. In case of cancellation of the booking, the rules specified in the contract or on the hotel website apply.
    5. Hotel liability
    5.1. The hotel is not responsible for valuables and money left in the room without using the safe.
    5.2. The hotel is not responsible for damage caused to guests for reasons beyond the control of the hotel (force majeure, illegal actions of third parties, etc.).
    5.3. The administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services or evict a guest in case of violation of the terms of residence.
    6. Dispute resolution procedure
    6.1. All disputes arising in connection with accommodation and use of hotel services are resolved through negotiations.
    6.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute peacefully, the dispute is referred for consideration in accordance with the law.
    7. Additional conditions
    7.1. The hotel administration has the right to make changes to these conditions by notifying guests.
    7.2. These conditions are posted in the hotel lobby and are available for review on the website.
